The new work gallery is made up of a mixture of images from one very recent day out to Goodwood race circuit for a few laps in a replica D Type.
First stop was for coffee and cake at Bosham, the tide was out so we managed to park on the shore. The weather was quite dull so not a great deal of contrast. I did manage to rattle off some multiple exposure shots though and have combined them Photomatix - I think that they are OK, especially the one of the Holy Trinity Church, that has good colour and texture.
Next stop, the circuit at Goodwood for some laps in the D Type. Well this was fun and was not easy. The car was fantastic, big, heavy and devoid of all modern driving aids. My instructor was very good giving clear information as to when to break and steer in etc, I even managed to overtake a modern Ferrari! In the paddock were many other performance cars, some modern and some not so. The modern ones were not that appealing aside from the Aston Martin Vantage, what really took my eye though was the mk2 Jaguar, a really impressive looking car. In the gallery are my attempt of arty pictures of the badge and icon.
On the way home we stopped frequently as the sun was making an appearance and the fields were lit up with bright yellow and lush green.
I hope you enjoy the galleries, feel free to comment or contact me through this blog or contact page.
Bye for now.
I have an interest in photography and am attempting to train my eye and improve my technique!
